After work Sarah and I drove to Red Lobster where there was no parking what so ever....so we changed the plan and went to Olive Garden, there was an illusion of a long wait with people outside but we were sat quickly..our server was Alex, we mostly noticed because their name tags are buttons so you know we were excited and Sarah felt the need to call everyone by their name which really seemed to confuse them, one host asked if we knew them apparently forgetting they were wearing name tags. lol.
We got salad and bread sticks and pasta, Sarah felt the need to confuse our poor server every time he was grating cheese for us, he said "tell me when" she looked at her wrist, no watch and said "7 o'clock" he didn't get it...it was a good meal. Then we noticed a table next to us broke out with a subway sandwich so we then decided to make up a story about them and how their sandwich came to be. hahaha we are mean like that.
We spend a good amount of time talking about her trip to Vegas and other awesome adventures...we had to flag Alex down for our check, he said he didn't want to interrupt us....ya ok..we noticed him staring at some chicks in another area...hahaha. When he came over and dropped off the check we noticed a card in the check presenter on it he wrote "thank you, have a good night" then his name but after his name we couldn't tell if it was a heart or an "O" but either way it looked like an acorn. Thank you Alex Acorn.
Then on our way to see Joalby's show at the South Park Abby...half way there we figure we should probably get the exact location of this place, so I pull over in the Jack in the Box parking lot where the only spot open is a handicap spot...so while I'm figuring out the GPS on my phone I tell Sarah she should fake an epileptic seizure just in case a cop comes by....she does....really that was more for my entertainment (yes I know, that is mean and offensive....) we find the location and are off. Parking around the place is packed so we parked next to a church, I figured no one would try to break into the car if it's parked next to a church. that would just be wrong. Come to find out we are really really early so we sat in the car and amused ourselves with more delightfully offensive conversation...then my brother Ben parks next to us creeper style....and we all walk in together.
While Joalby sets up we wait at the bar... the beers on draft all had odd names...so I had Ben pick on for me. It was good. Gave Joalby his birthday card that I don't think he truly appreciated it though. lol
First up was Joshua Napier....he was great and I loved him singing Dog days are over. Then Joalby and Ben

but Sarah and I left because we had to run off to the Ruby Room so I could give Maystar her birthday card as well....so away we went
We get to the Ruby Room and there is this huge rocking horse in front and people are riding it....weird. We go in and give Maystar her birthday card..and some guy comes up and tells me and Sarah that we look bored and should ride the horse...hahaha. We left without riding it. It was also a great night. :)The sad part is we have no pictures of Sarah and I :(:(
